She epitomizes anti-folk with her lazy strums on the guitar and lyrics that look dumb on paper but actually sound earnest on record. However, the twist is that she also sings behind a few well-produced beats that flip the whole folk-singer thing on its head.

They are kind of similar to Jens Lekman since they have a bunch of scattered gems on various releases that could combine them in to a fantastic compilation or re-release to give them the bump into the spotlight they deserve. If only they were all EPs.
